The third illustration from my “Tokyo Storefronts” watercolour series is done! This one is somewhat special because I already painted this building once before about 3 year ago. It is an old hair salon located really close to the place I lived when I first moved to Tokyo. It’s 60’ retro style caught my eye from the moment I saw it. There are a LOT of hair salons in Japan and many of them are quite old and gained quite a character over the years.
